Story of Spectrum Marketing:
Going back to the year 2014, our co-founders started an Electrical shop name “Krishna Traders” in Tinsukia. Those days we were a niche-specific store as we only used to deal with lights & LEDs. But from the initial year itself, our priority was to deliver the best quality to the customers at the lowest wholesale rate & it paid us back, too, as our customer retention rate was pretty high by the end of the year.
Year by year, we added new categories of electrical items to our vault. We also kept an eye on the market and found that only a few old firms were dealing in all electrical items in our city that too not in a customer-friendly rate. So, we took this problem as an opportunity to start a One-Stop Electrical store equipped with a variety of Electrical products and highly skilled Electricians for repair & installation purposes. And finally, it was the year 2018 when Spectrum Marketing came into existence.
